I'm a mixed media abstract artist, mother, hairdresser and photographer from South Australia.

Art has always played a significant role in my life, from my school years to present.

I've found joy in painting, drawing, and creating throughout. Inspiration strikes me in everyday life, whether it's through adventurous walks, holiday travels, checking out homeware stores, the colours that I ware or visits to my parents' farm.

Nature heavily influences my choice of colours, textures, and patterns. Drawing from the landscapes and beauty surrounding me, I find my creative sanctuary.

Art offers moments of quiet contemplation - a form of meditation that nourishes the soul.

I believe in the importance of beauty, especially in today's world. 

 

I work primarily with acrylics for their - quick drying nature, allowing me to work intuitively. I'm constantly intrigued by colour combinations and explore various mediums, including oil sticks, ink, pastels, pen & watercolour. I enjoy experimenting with collage and natural pigments, often using coffee and tea. Spontaneous mark-making and organic textures are prevalent in my work, inviting viewers into my creative world.
